Booking Conditions, Terms and Rates

If you are planning a break in Glasgow and would like to stay at Palazzo33, we hope we can find dates that fit with your plans. Please contact us by email or mobile for more information and to check availability.  Contact details are noted below.

We are also listed on AirBnB.

We have a few conditions for any guests staying.

• we have a strict no smoking policy in the apartment
• unfortunately we don’t allow pets in the apartment.
• we ask guests to let us know if there is any damage to the property or contents that may affect future guests.
• we would urge caution booking with young infants in view of the access to outside terraces. 

Booking Terms

• We will accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 7 days
• The apartment will be ready for occupancy by 14.00 on day of arrival and we ask that guests vacate by 11.30 on the agreed departure date.

Daily Rates for 2022 / 23

• Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec*     £225
• Mar, Apr, Oct.                  £240
• May to Sept.                    £250

      * we will negotiate rates over the festive period.

Deposit - a deposit of £200 is required by bank transfer within 7 days of booking to reserve the dates.  The balance will be due for payment six weeks before your stay.

Cancellation - if you need to cancel we will do all we can to re-let the week and provide a full refund. If you have to cancel within 4 weeks of your stay and we can’t re-let the dates we will refund 50% of the total booking. If you have to cancel 6 weeks or more before your stay we will refund your deposit in full.

To help us prepare and to contact guests ahead of stays we will ask for your name, address, email, phone number and the number of guests when the booking is taken.
